Who we are

Hitech Auto Electrical is one of the biggest and most trusted names for auto electrical services and repairs in Sydney, based at 589-591 Gardeners Rd, Mascot NSW 2020 with one of the largest ranges of computer diagnostic scanners in the city to suit every vehicle, no matter the age, make or model.

We're part of the wider Hitech Auto group, working alongside our sister mechanical, servicing and diesel tuning specialists — all from the same Mascot site, so jobs that cross electrical, mechanical and diesel systems get handled without the runaround.

How we work

Modern cars carry dozens of control modules talking to each other over multiple networks, and when one plays up, the symptom you see is rarely where the fault actually is. Our approach is diagnosis first: we test the component before we replace it, using manufacturer-level scan tools rather than generic OBD-II readers that only see emissions-related engine data.

We quote before we start, and we do not begin additional work without calling you first.

Equipment and accreditation

Our technicians hold a Refrigerant Trading Authorisation (No. AU24674) for air conditioning work, and are equipped to handle everything from a flat battery to complex ECU and immobiliser faults.

Your warranty is safe

Under Australian consumer law you are free to have a new vehicle repaired or serviced by any qualified workshop without affecting the manufacturer warranty, provided the correct parts and procedures are followed — which they are.

Where we are

We are on Gardeners Road in Mascot, a short drive from the airport precinct and easy to reach from the inner south, the eastern suburbs and the inner west. We open at 7:30am Monday to Friday, which suits dropping the car off before work.
